Over seven hundred million Indian people are members of a low caste.
Although the caste system is now technically illegal by the constitution, its influence still runs deep in the lives, minds, and hearts of the Indian people. For thousands of years the caste system has denied the basic rights of the majority and set up a system of convenience for the elite minority. Throughout the ages, there have been speakers of truth in India who have come to point the way to freedom. Truthseekers exists to do the same.
Christian Persecution
Since August 2008, Christians have been under attack in the Indian state of Orissa, as well as in many other places around the country. Churches have been burned, people have been murdered and many Christians have fled into the woods for safety.
